Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?

411 Wedding Planning is based near Stansted Airport on the Hertfordshire / Essex border, so we primarily plan weddings within Essex and surrounding areas such as Suffolk, Kent, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. I am however able to work across additional locations, so please feel free to contact us should your wedding be taking place somewhere further afield.

Do you work with particular venues or suppliers, and am I expected to book these for my wedding?

Although I have worked with a whole host of amazing suppliers and venues, we are by no means tied to them and you have no obligation to use any venue of supplier from within my ‘little black book’. I never lose sight of the fact that it is your special day and as such will only ever suggest suppliers and venues that perfectly match your vision.

When should I book your wedding planning service?

I am very proud to offer a selection of planning options, which allows me to work with couples who are at varying stages of planning their wedding. Whenever you decide you need support in your wedding planning, we can discuss your wedding, what stage you are at with planning and then decide on a package that best meets your requirements.
Please do bear in mind that I work with a limited number of couples on a full planning basis. Therefore, if you are looking for this service you should contact me as soon as you begin to plan your wedding, especially if you are hoping to get married within the summer months.

Do you plan marquee or ‘dry hire’ weddings?

A big fat yes! I adore everything about marquee or dry hire weddings, especially when couples want to put their own stamp on the venue. With a background in construction I am an expert in working with temporary structures and venues, and co-ordinating the additional logistics considerations that come with these wedding styles.

What are your payment terms?

We can work together to agree a payment schedule that best suits you, and it will depend on the package you select and the time we will be working together. Typically for the 411 Full Planning service we charge 30% of your total fee upon booking, a further 50% part way through the planning process, and then the remaining balance 4 weeks before your wedding date.

I am only available to discuss my wedding in the evenings or at weekends. Are you available at these times?

Absolutely! I am always happy to schedule meetings around your existing work and family commitments, so evening and weekends are no problem. Furthermore, if you book the 411 Full Planning service you benefit from 24/7 contact with the team via WhatsApp to answer any burning questions no matter the time or place.
