On-The-Day Management

Our aim is for you, your family and guests to be able to really relax and enjoy every aspect of your wedding day. We will ensure your decor is pristine and perfect, that your flowers are blooming and the silverware is sparkling! With every detailed handled by 411, all you need to worry about is looking show-stopping on your wedding day.

Our On-The-Day Management service will include:

• A face-to face-wedding day review in the weeks leading up to your wedding day

• Review of your wedding plan and running order

• Contact and coordination with every one of your suppliers to finalise & confirm all plans made

• Liaising with your guests, answering any last minute questions they may have regarding gifts, directions, accommodation, transport, etiquette, etc.

• Wedding day Management including:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and guests

  • Ensure suppliers arrive on time and that tasks are being completed

  • Tweak all the little details and decorations

  • Liaising with the Registrars/Church/Celebrant

  • Ensure groomsmen and bridesmaids are all on track with timings

  • Provide emergency assistance and support for last minute issues

  • Manage transportation arrangements

  • Ensure the safe transportation of any important items to & from the ceremony to the reception

  • Act as toastmaster on the day ensuring guests are all taken care of and know where to be and when

  • Ensure sound checks are completed for speeches and first dance

  • Ensure venue is prepared for the arrival of evening guests

  • Co-ordinate transportation for the wedding party at the end of the night

Investment for On-The-Day Management depends on the size and style of the wedding, but starts from £975.
